1. Cancellation by Customer

Cancellations made 48 hours before the travel date are eligible for a partial refund (after deducting service charges).

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled trip are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
2. Cancellation by Skybo Tour’s & Travels

In rare cases such as bad weather, technical issues, or unavoidable circumstances, Skybo Tour’s & Travels reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the booking.

If we cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your trip at no extra cost.
3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Transaction or processing fees (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Modifications & Rescheduling

Any request to modify or reschedule a booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Additional charges may apply depending on the new travel date or location.
5. No Refund Policy

Refunds are not applicable once the journey has started.

Expenses related to delays, missed connections, or changes caused by external factors (weather, traffic, etc.) will not be refunded.
