At BluePearl Tours & Travel, we aim to make your travel experience smooth and stress-free. However, we understand that plans can change, so we’ve designed a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy:

  1. Booking Confirmation
    All bookings must be confirmed in advance with valid contact details and payment. Once confirmed, customers will receive a booking message or email with trip details and timing.

  2. Cancellation by Customer

    • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled trip are eligible for rescheduling or a partial refund (after necessary deductions).

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip or failure to show up (“no-show”) will result in no refund.

  3. Cancellation by Company
    In the rare case that BluePearl Tours & Travel cancels a trip due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unavoidable reasons, customers will be offered an option to reschedule the trip or receive a full refund.

  4. Refund Process
    Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method after verifying cancellation details.

  5. No Refund Conditions
    No refunds will be provided once the service (tour, taxi, or hotel booking) has started or partially completed.
