Welcome to Rudransh Taxi Service. By booking or using our taxi services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation or using our website.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be confirmed in advance through our website, phone, or WhatsApp.

  • Once a booking is confirmed, customers will receive details regarding the driver, vehicle, and trip schedule.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, vehicle breakdowns, or driver unavailability.

2. Payments

  • Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or online transfer.

  • Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm your booking.

  • All fares are inclusive of fuel and driver charges unless stated otherwise.

  • Toll taxes, parking fees, or state permits (if applicable) will be charged extra.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before the trip will be eligible for rescheduling or a partial refund.

  • No refund will be provided for last-minute cancellations or “no-shows.”

  • In case of unavoidable cancellations by Rudransh Taxi Service (due to technical issues or emergencies), the customer will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Responsibilities of the Customer

  • Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop details during booking.

  • Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be charged accordingly.

  • The use of alcohol, smoking, or illegal substances in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

  • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Rudransh Taxi Service is not liable for lost or misplaced items.

5. Travel Time & Delays

  • Travel time may vary based on road conditions, weather, or traffic.

  • While we strive for punctual service, Rudransh Taxi Service cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • We ensure safe and reliable service, but we are not liable for any loss, injury, accident, or delay caused by events beyond our control.

  • The company’s maximum liability, in any case, will not exceed the amount paid for the trip.

7. Changes to Terms

Rudransh Taxi Service reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
